Orders placed from the 226 Istanbul Website will be confirmed within 24 hours of purchase and shipped within 2-14 working days depending on stock availability from our UK warehouse. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping destination. Please note that certain pieces might have a different dispatching date which will be notified on the product page. 

We offer a range of delivery options both for domestic and international orders. Depending on the preferred delivery, the customer is liable for any unwanted circumstances in the shipping process. We do not carry responsibility for the product, once it has been shipped from our warehouse. For any enquiries, please contact the shipping agent or us and we will do our best to assist you. All of our delivery methods offer tracking services.

Returns & Exchanges

All pieces purchased from the 226 Istanbul website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. This also includes pieces purchased on sale. Please note that the item(s) must be unworn and should be returned in their original condition with any packaging intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To exchange or return an item, please complete and attach the Return Form that comes with the order and ship your parcel to the following address. The order number is essential for completing a return and it can be found in the order confirmation e-mail or the receipt itself.

Once the item is received and approved,we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will issue a refund within 48 hours of receipt and or exchange it for a different size/product if preferred. The credit/debit card used to purchase the product will be credited with the cost of goods within 30 working days depending on the credit card company. All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please keep in mind that the item is under your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly advice you to send the parcel with a delivery company that insures you for the value of goods for your own protection.
